Technology companies in the environmental sector need partners with which they can develop and test produccts in real conditions. At the same time, City of Oulu and large industrial firms in the north need environmental technology to improve their operation and competitiveness. This situation presents pilot program and test platform opportunities for environmental technology products and services. Oulu is a true testing and piloting laboratory for new Cleantech.
