NetHawk's monitoring system selected by DNA - 12.02.2010
One of the major Finnish operators, DNA, has selected Oulu-based NetHawk to deliver its NetHawk EYE monitoring and service assurance system. NetHawk EYE will be deployed to monitor the IP based circuit switched 2G/3G mobile network.
The growth of DNA’s mobile business has created a need for comprehensive monitoring solution with intelligent reporting and troubleshooting applications to improve the overall quality of the network and to enable better and easier customer support.
”NetHawk EYE is a comprehensive network-wide monitoring system with reporting dashboards for management, marketing and customer care, as well as a troubleshooting platform with drill-down to the last bit”, says Jari Sankala, Executive Vice President of Sales at NetHawk.
