LudoCraft is One of the Best Places to Work in Finland - 06.02.2010

Oulu-based game studio LudoCraft came fourth in the small company category in a Great Place To Work survey listing best workplaces in Finland.

A research about LudoCraft has also just came out. Anne Tervo studied innovative leadership culture through LudoCraft in her Master's thesis for Oulu University of Applied Sciences. The most important thing in leadership is being genuinely present.
